I’m a professional break dancer and performer.
Being vegan took my athleticism and my strength and my flexibility to another level. I could
do anything, really. I’m more flexible since I’ve been vegan. I have more power. I recover
faster, and I’m able to win more competitions in my field because I’m, like… my body is recovering
faster. I’m more flexible, I’m stronger, and I’m light, man. I’m light! I don’t know how
to explain it. I feel great. I’m 28 years old. I feel better now that I’m vegan with
my body. I feel better and lighter … stronger … than I was 10 years ago.
